How long does shipping take?

Each piece is made-to-order and ships from Florida within 48 hours of purchase. USPS standard delivery typically takes 2 to 6 business days within the United States. For birthdays or events, we recommend ordering at least 7 days ahead.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is a low flat rate, calculated at checkout, with tracked USPS delivery within the United States (typically 2 to 6 business days).

What is the product made of?

Each decorative box is 3D-printed in real PLA plastic — a durable, eco-friendly bioplastic — and hand-finished in Florida. Approximate dimensions are 5.5 inches wide by 2 inches tall (14 cm × 5 cm). A built-in stand is included.

Can I personalize it with a name or number?

Yes. Most listings offer a personalization option — when available, you'll see a 'Custom Name' or 'Engraving' variant on the product page. Add the name or number you'd like at checkout. Custom orders take the same 48-hour production time.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Because each item is made-to-order, please contact us first at mrasumof@yahoo.com. Return shipping is free for defects or our errors.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States only. If you're outside the US and want to be notified when international shipping becomes available, send us a note at mrasumof@yahoo.com.

Is the team I want available?

We carry MLB, NFL, NBA, MLS, Liga MX, NCAA, and select international teams across baseball, football, basketball, and soccer. If your team isn't in the catalog, you can request a custom build at tikitaka3d.com/products/custom-team-3d-decorative-box-any-team-any-league-made-to-order.

🎁 FALL PROMO · Free surprise mini with every order

✦ Limited-time fall offer — while it lasts

Free bonus mini 3D-printed team crest shown beside the full-size piece

For a limited time, every order ships with a free surprise mini. We’ll do our best to make it a smaller version of your team — but it’s not guaranteed (sometimes it’ll be a fellow local team, our pick). Always a cute little extra. (Example shown.)

The surprise mini is a free gift — not exchangeable. If you return your order, please include the mini for a full refund.

★★★★★ “Plus he added the smaller one as a bonus! Thank you Martin!”

=====================================
★ PERSONALIZE THE FRONT (+$5 — choose the Personalized option) ★
=====================================
Make it one-of-a-kind: we replace the CHIEFS KINGDOM slogan with YOUR text - a name, #1 Fan, a nickname, a date.
- TWO curved lines: a TOP line and a BOTTOM line
- Up to 12 characters per line
- Example: JAMES (top) / #1 FAN (bottom)
- The team logo stays exactly the same - only the wording changes
Enter your two lines in the Personalization box at checkout (or the note to seller). Leave blank for the classic CHIEFS KINGDOM. See the guide photo.

★ MAKE IT A SET — ADD THE MATCHING MINI ★
Choose the "I want both!" option to add a pocket-size MINI of the same Chiefs medallion for just $7 more (bundle $29.99). Great for a car shelf, desk, or backpack — or gift the pair.
